THROGGS NECK, NY – After leading the Maritime College women's lacrosse team to a pair of victories over FDU-Florham and Mount St. Mary, senior midfielder Morgan Tracy (Cambridge, MD) has been selected as the Skyline Conference Co-Player of the Week.  She recorded six points in each game and scored the game-winning goal in double overtime against Mount St. Mary.

Tracy tallied three first-quarter goals in the matchup with FDU-Florham on Wednesday.  She finished the contest with five goals and an assist while adding four ground balls and two draw controls in the 12-10 victory.  Then in the Skyline opener against Mount St. Mary on Saturday, Tracy tied the game with 4:52 remaining in the fourth quarter before ending it with her sixth goal of the day 40 seconds into the second overtime session.  She won the draw to begin the period, then went down and put away the game-winner.  Tracy also contributed 10 draw controls, four caused turnovers and two ground balls in the overtime triumph.

This is her second career Skyline Player of the Week nod.  Tracy was previously honored on March 5, 2024.  She is the third Privateer to be recognized by the conference this season, joining Gabrielle Nicolosi (West Islip, NY), who was named Player of the Week on both March 4 and March 19, and Eva Garcia (Rockville Centre, NY), who received a Rookie of the Week nod on March 19.

Maritime (4-4, 1-0 Skyline) plays its first conference road game of the season on Tuesday, when they visit St. Joseph's LI (0-3, 0-1 Skyline) at 5:30 p.m.
