2023 Schedule

THROGGS NECK, NY – The Maritime College women's soccer team has announced its 2023 schedule.  The Privateers' 15-game slate includes nine home contests, starting with the season opener against Brooklyn on Sept. 1.

Four of Maritime's first five games are at Reinhart Field.  After the Brooklyn matchup, the Privateers host Saint Elizabeth on Sept. 7 before traveling to SUNY Delhi on Sept. 9.  Maritime begins Skyline Conference play at home against Yeshiva on Sept. 12, then wraps up its non-conference schedule by welcoming Five Towns to Reinhart Field on Sept. 15.  That contest will be the opener of a Maritime soccer doubleheader, as the Privateer men will also take on Five Towns following the women's game.

Maritime's final 10 games are all Skyline affairs.  The Privateers travel to Purchase on Sept. 20 and St. Joseph's LI on Sept. 23, marking the only time all season Maritime has back-to-back road tilts.  After returning home to face Mount St. Mary on Sept. 26, the Privateers conclude the first month of play by visiting defending Skyline champion Sarah Lawrence on Sept. 30.

On Oct. 4, Maritime begins a string where it plays four out of five at home against Manhattanville.  The Privateers then welcome Merchant Marine, which only started its women's soccer program last season, Fort Schuyler for the first time in program history on Oct. 10.  Maritime hit the road for a matchup with Mount St. Vincent on Oct. 14 before taking on St. Joseph's Brooklyn (Oct. 17) and Old Westbury (Oct. 20) in the final two home games of the season.  The Privateers end the campaign at Farmingdale on Oct. 24.

This season's Skyline Tournament gets underway with first round games on Oct. 28, followed by the semifinals on Nov. 1 and championship on Nov. 4.  Maritime is looking to make its first-ever appearance in the Skyline Tournament, which features the top six teams in the regular season standings.
