The Maritime College rowing team released its fall 2019 schedule on Wednesday, July 3. The Privateers will travel to six regattas in the fall, including the Metropolitan Championships on November 9th to finish off their fall campaign.

Maritime will open up their season on Sunday, September 29 in Bridgeport, PA at the Kings Head Regatta. Following their season opening regatta, the Privateers will take on back-to-back regattas on October 12 and 13 with the Head of the Housatonic and the Head of the Passaic, respectively.

After the back-to-back weekend, Maritime turns to the back end of its fall season with the Head of the Charles Regatta, the Head of the Fish, and finally the Metropolitan Championships. Head coach Clemens Reinke will be entering his second season at the helm and is confident that the Privateers will have a strong fall campaign.

"I think we're going to see a lot of improvement this fall from both teams," said Reinke. "We showed great potential in our regattas last spring and with good preseason training we will be competing at a high level this year."
