THROGGS NECK, NY – Maritime College Head Sailing Coach Tara Foster recently joined the popular YouTube channel WIRED's Tech Support series.  In the roughly 20-minute video, she answered users' questions on a variety of topics—both common and specific—regarding boating and demonstrated several techniques.
