The Privateers have never played Elms College, so Friday's meeting will be the first between the two schools.
SCOUTING THE BLAZERS
Elms College comes into Friday's action with a 1-1 record under second year head coach Maureen Ruane. The Blazers opened the 2014 season with a 12-9 home loss to Sage on March 5, but rebounded for an 18-1 victory over Bay Path on March 7, also at home.
Junior Lauren Mazza leads Elms with nine points, on the season, all goals, while classmate Nora McDonough is not far behind with eight points on three goals and five assists. In goal, sophomore Sarah Carpenter has started both games so far and has a 6.50 goals against average with nine saves.
A CLOSER LOOK AT THE MATCHUP
