THROGGS NECK, N.Y. (Jan. 9, 2014) – The Maritime men's basketball team will look to stay in the win column coming off a victory at Sarah Lawrence on Tuesday when the Privateers travel to Long Island on Thursday night for a Skyline Conference contest at fellow SUNY institution, Old Westbury. Tipoff will be at 6 p.m. at the Panthers' Clark Athletic Center.

The two teams have met 32 times dating back to the 1975-76 season and Old Westbury holds a 23-9 advantage in the series. The Panthers have won the past seven meetings dating back to the 2009-10 season. Last season, OW won both games, 92-73 at Riesenberg Gym in mid-January and 82-62 at the Clark Athletic Center in early February.
