Free Boys & Girls Youth Clinic Registration Form – Starts At 10 a.m. @ Reinhart Field
 
        THROGGS NECK, N.Y. (April 5, 2013) – On Saturday, the Maritime women's lacrosse team will host Ramapo College in their seventh consecutive conference matchup of the season. Both teams are 2-7 on the season, with the Privateers 1-5 in the Skyline and the Roadrunners 2-3 in conference action. First draw is scheduled for 1 p.m.
 
Privateers To Hold Free Boys And Girls Youth Lacrosse Clinic Saturday Morning
        Prior to the women's (1 p.m. start) and men's (4 p.m. start) lacrosse doubleheader on Saturday, both teams will be hosting a free boys and girls youth clinic at Reinhart Field. The clinic will start at 10 a.m. and will feature instructional sessions with the coaching staff and players from both the men's and women's teams.
 
        The team is still accepting applications for children and will also be allowing walk-ups for the clinic tomorrow morning. If you are interested in signing a child up for the clinic, please follow this link. (Note to Parents: You must fill out the Assumption of Risk Form that will be e-mailed after you submit the application for registration.)
 
Inside The Series With Ramapo
        Ramapo has won all six meetings over Maritime since the Privateers began their women's lacrosse program in 2007.
 
Last Time These Two Teams Met
        Maritime traveled to Mahwah, N.J., last season and fell to the Roadrunners, 15-3.  The Privateers were lead by senior Kristen Saporito (Rocky Point, N.Y./Rocky Point), who scored two goals, while classmate Catherine Brady (Holbrook, N.Y./Sachem North) added the other tally. Brady also had a team-high four draw controls, while then-freshmen Charlotte Acklin (Lewes, Del./West Broward (Fla.)) (Lewes, Del./West Broward) and Tessa Jardine (Valley Stream, N.Y./Waterford) both led Maritime with three caused turnovers.
 
        Ramapo was led by two players who scored four goals Amanda Barretta (4G, 2A) and Colleen Steel (4G). Adrianna Tepedino chipped in with five points (3G, 2A), while in goal, Reagan Vier earned the victory after making six saves.
