MORRISVILLE, N.Y. (Nov. 23, 2013) – The Maritime basketball team dropped a non-conference game at Morrisville State, 82-54, Saturday afternoon Upstate at the Mustangs' Stewart Center. The loss drops the Privateers' record to 1-2 on the season, while Morrisville improves to 2-2.

Sean Corley (Harlem, N.Y./Thurgood Marshall Academy) (Harlem, N.Y./Thurgood Marshall Academy) led all players with 18 points in the game, while bringing down a team-high nine rebounds, dishing out five assists and registering four steals. Freshman

Liam Ryan (Buffalo, N.Y./Nichols) (Buffalo, N.Y. / Nichols) contributed to Maritime's 14 points from the bench by scoring six points.
The Mustangs had three players with double-digit scoring days, led by senior Jailaan Kinsey, who drained 14. Classmate Brandon Hanks contributed 13 points and senior Jordan Prior added 10. Senior Sherard King brought down a game-high 11 rebounds.
Maritime returns to action on Monday afternoon, when the Privateers travel to Long Island to take on arch-rival Kings Point. Tipoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. at the Mariners' O'Hara Gymnasium. Please note, the game time was moved up from its originally scheduled time.
