        THROGGS NECK, N.Y. (Oct. 15, 2013) – The Maritime men's soccer team will play host to non-conference opponent Brooklyn College of the CUNYAC on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. start at Reinhart Field.

        Since the 2004 season, the Privateers have played the Bulldogs once each year and Maritime holds a 5-4 series advantage in that time. Brooklyn won the last meeting at home during the 2012 season on Oct.15, 2-0. Then-freshman Karl Weber (Northport, N.Y./Northport) (Northport, N.Y./Northport) got the start between the pipes for the Privateers and made four saves while keeping the Bulldogs off the board before being replaced at halftime.
