(April 20, 2012) – The Maritime baseball team will wrap up regular season action with a pair of doubleheaders at Reinhart Field this weekend, playing host to Skyline opponent Old Westbury on Friday at 4 p.m. before welcoming in St. Joseph's of Brooklyn on Saturday for a non-conference twin-bill with a 10 a.m. start.

Privateers To Pay Tribute To Seniors In Between Games On Friday
The Maritime baseball team will be holding a Senior Day Ceremony on Friday in between games of the Skyline doubleheader against Old Westbury. The Privateers will pay tribute to seniors

Magic Number Is One For Privateers' Playoff Berth
The Maritime baseball team needs one win or a loss by Purchase in the final weekend of the regular season to qualify for the Skyline Conference Tournament for the second time in three years. The Privateers have two games against Old Westbury on Friday, while Purchase will play NYU-Poly in a single game on Friday before hosting Mount St. Mary on Saturday.

Over the past five seasons, the teams have met 10 times with the Panthers holding a 8-2 lead in the series. Last season, the two teams split a doubleheader at Old Westbury. Maritime won game one by the score of 10-8, before falling in game two, 8-4.
