Inside The Volleyball Series With NYU-Poly And Sage
Dating back to the 2006 season, the Privateers have met NYU-Poly once a season and the Blue Jays have swept all five meetings. Last year, Poly won 3-0 (25-8, 25-13, 25-10). It's been the same way with sage in the past five years as well and in 2010, the Gators swept by the scores of 25-7, 25-9 and 25-9.

Inside The Men's Soccer Series With NYU-Poly
The teams have met five times in the past four seasons and NYU-Poly leads the series 2-1-2. In 2010, the Blue Jays left Fort Schuyler with a 2-0 victory. The last meeting of 2009 was in the first round of the Skyline Tournament and NYU-Poly won in double overtime on a penalty kick to end the Privateers' season. The first meeting in '09 was played to a 0-0 tie at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan.
On another note, the Maritime men's soccer game that was canceled on Thursday night against Mount Saint Vincent due to the Dolphins not having enough players to field a team is considered by the NCAA to be a “no contest” and will not count as a win to the Privateers' overall record. However, the Skyline Conference considers it a win and Maritime earned three points.
