Game Day: Men’s Basketball Look To Snap Losing Streak Against Panthers

            THROGGS NECK, N.Y. (Jan. 16, 2011) – The Privateers look to snap their six-game losing streak when they play host to Skyline Conference-rival the Old Westbury Panthers. The game is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Riesenberg Hall Gymnasium.

Inside The Series

            In the 2009-10 season, the teams met three times. On two of the occasions, Old Westbury came out on top of the Privateers. During the regular season, each team won the game they hosted, however the top-seeded Panthers knocked Maritime out of the Skyline Conference Tournament in the semifinals, 61-46, on Feb. 26, 2010.
