THROGGS NECK, N.Y. (March 31, 2010) – The Maritime women's lacrosse game at Rhode Island College originally scheduled for tomorrow, April 1, has been rescheduled for next Thursday, April 8 at 6 p.m., in Providence, R.I.

 

The decision was made by the governor of Rhode Island to cancel all classes and activities at RIC after torrential rain hit the New England area badly over the past few days, leaving many areas flooded, including the campus and athletic fields at the College.

 

The Privateers (1-3, 0-1 Skyline) will return to action this Saturday, April 3, when they travel to take on Centenary College (5-0) in Hackettstown, N.J. First draw against the Cyclones is scheduled for 1 p.m.
