    COBLESKILL, N.Y. (Sept.12, 2009) – The Maritime men's soccer team suffered its first loss of the season Saturday at SUNY Cobleskill, 2-0. With the setback, the Privateers record falls to 3-1, while the Fighting Tigers improve to 1-3.

 

            After a scoreless first half, Cobleskill broke through with the first goal in the 64th minute. Just under three minutes later, the Fighting Tigers added another goal to make it 2-0. The Privateers were held scoreless by Cobleskill's sophomore keeper Travis Hall.

 

            The squad returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 19, when it hosts Lehman College. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Reinhart Field.
