THROGGS NECK, N.Y. (Oct. 15, 2012) – The Maritime women's soccer and volleyball teams were both in action on the road Monday night – soccer was at Division II St. Thomas Aquinas and volleyball was at Skyline-opponent Purchase. Both squads lost their matchups.

Sydney Carella (Greenville, N.Y./Greenville) (Greenville, N.Y./Greenville) recorded a match-high 22 digs. Senior
Jerrica Romero (Bronx, N.Y./Herbert H Lehman) (Bronx, N.Y./Lehman) registered six assists. Maritime is back in action tomorrow night, Wednesday, Oct. 17, when the squad will welcome in Sarah Lawrence College. First serve will be at 7 p.m. at the Riesenberg Hall Gymnasium.
