2021 Skyline All-Sportsmanship Team

2018:  Played in 19 contests as a freshman, started in 12...played a total of 1218 minutes...had one goal and one assist on the season for a total of three points...came off of the bench and contributed an assistant in the 27th minute of a Privateers key 3-0 victory over Mount St. Mary (10/10).

 a goal just four minutes later to take a 1-0 advantage. James Roland (Fairfield, Conn./Fairfield Ludlowe) took a corner kick for Maritime and sent the ball all the way past the goal on the end line, which found the foot of Castello who played the ball right into the box. Castello's cross created havoc inside the box and the ball eventually found Palazzolo who put the ball away into the top left corner for a crucial first half goal.



High School: Graduated from Hauppauge High School in Hauppauge, New York in 2018…played two years of varsity soccer for the Eagles…was a part of the Suffolk County Championship Team as a senior that went 16-2-0…also was a part of the 15-3-1 team as a junior…also swam throughout high school for the Eagles…played club soccer for the Hauppauge Blue Crew, the Bohemia Blue Cyclones and the Hauppauge Eagles…was a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society in high school.
 
Personal: Son of Lisa and Larry Costello…has two siblings; Julia and Bobby…is majoring in Mechanical Engineering while at Maritime and plans to earn his U.S. Coast Guard Engine License.
