Our strength & conditioning program works with all Varsity Sports, as well as our Athletic Training staff to build a solid training program for all teams and student-athletes.
The Strength & Conditioning Department at Maritime College is dedicated to bettering our athletes with sport-specific functional movements. Also, by individually managing imbalances, with the added benefit of considerably decreasing the risk of injury. Empowering all athletes to explore & expand their physical ability, while being an active student-athlete.
