2026 Schedule

THROGGS NECK, NY – The 2026 Maritime College men's lacrosse schedule has been announced.  The Privateers will play 16 games, five of which are scheduled for Reinhart Field.  Maritime begins the season at Coast Guard on Feb. 14, then takes on New Paltz in its home opener a week later.

On Feb. 24, the Privateers visit Stevens to renew a series that has been played each season since the teams met in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.  Maritime concludes the month of February with a matchup against Salve Regina on Feb. 28.  The Privateers will serve as the home team for the neutral-site contest.

Maritime makes a trip to face St. Mary's (MD), one of two new opponents on the schedule, on March 7.  After their annual home game against Geneseo on March 14, the Privateers take on the second of those new foes—Hartford—at Reinhart Field on March 18.  Maritime then wraps up non-conference play with back-to-back contests in New Jersey against Kean (March 25) and Montclair State (March 28).

Skyline Conference play begins at Manhattanville on April 1.  The Privateers then host Mount St. Mary on April 8 before visiting Merchant Marine on April 11.  Maritime's second two-game homestand of the season follows, with the Privateers squaring off against St. Joseph's LI on April 14 and Mount St. Vincent on April 18.  Maritime concludes the regular season with road games at Farmingdale (April 22) and Purchase (April 25).

For the third consecutive season, the Skyline Tournament has a new format this year.  Five teams will qualify for the first time, with a play-in game between the No. 4 and 5 seeds set for April 28.  The winner will join the top three seeds in the semifinals, hosted by the No. 1 and 2 seeds, on April 30.  The Skyline Championship Game will take place on May 2.  The Privateers have reached the Skyline Tournament every year since 2018 (not counting the cancelled 2020 event).
