2025 Schedule
THROGGS NECK, NY – The Maritime College women's soccer team will begin the 2025 season by hosting Brooklyn on Aug. 29. That matchup, which is the back end of a doubleheader with the men's program, is the first of eight contests at Reinhart Field on the Privateers' 16-game schedule.
This marks the fourth consecutive year in which Maritime will start the season at home, and the third straight time the Privateers will face Brooklyn in the opener. After that game, Maritime plays a pair of road contests at York (Sept. 2) and Centenary (Sept. 6) before returning home to face Five Towns on Sept. 9. The Privateers then have more than a week off until visiting Yeshiva on Sept. 17 in their first Skyline Conference match of the season.
Maritime welcomes Mount St. Vincent to Reinhart Field on Sept. 20 for the first of three Skyline home doubleheaders. In a change to the scheduling format this season, all Saturday conference dates are doubleheaders with the men's program, while all midweek matchups are single games. The other Saturday twinbills are against Merchant Marine on Sept. 27 and St. Joseph's Brooklyn on Oct. 25. The women's team will play after the men each time.
On Sept. 24, the Privateers visit St. Joseph's LI before playing three of their next four at home. After the matchup with Merchant Marine, Maritime hosts Purchase on Sept. 30, then visits Old Westbury on Oct. 4. The Privateers conclude the string by hosting Lehman in their non-conference finale on Oct. 7.
A trip to Sarah Lawrence on Oct. 11 starts a three-game road trip that also features visits to Manhattanville (Oct. 18) and Mount St. Mary (Oct. 22). Maritime then wraps up the regular season with two straight at home. The Privateers square off with St. Joseph's Brooklyn on Oct. 25 before welcoming defending Skyline champion Farmingdale to Reinhart Field on Oct. 29.
This season's Skyline Tournament will include six teams and gets underway with first-round games hosted by the No. 3 and 4 seeds on Nov. 1. The semifinals will be at the No. 1 and 2 seeds on Nov. 5, with the highest remaining seed serving as the home team for the Championship Game on Nov. 8.
