THROGGS NECK, NY – The Maritime College swimming & diving team will participate in 12 meets, including three at the Riesenberg Aquatics Center, during Head Coach John Fimmano's first season at the helm.  The Privateers begin the 2025-26 campaign on Oct. 25, when they visit Sarah Lawrence.  Maritime's first home meet is scheduled for Nov. 4 against Baruch.

In the season-opening meet, the Privateer women will face both the host Gryphons and Bard.  The men's team, meanwhile, will only take on Bard.  On Oct. 30, Maritime heads to Lehman for a dual meet before facing Baruch in the first of back-to-back home meets.  The Privateers' annual matchup with William Paterson is set for the Riesenberg Aquatics Center on Nov. 11.

Maritime also participates in an annual tri-meet with Skyline Conference rivals Merchant Marine and Mount St. Mary.  This year, St. Joseph's LI will take part, as well.  The quad meet will be hosted by Merchant Marine on Nov. 14 and will serve as the men's team's final competition of the first semester.  The Privateer women wrap up the first half of the season by welcoming Hunter to Fort Schuyler for the first time in program history on Nov. 19.

After an extended break for the holidays, Maritime returns to action at the Skyline Conference Championships on Jan. 24-25.  The conference meet will once again be held at Purchase College.  On Jan. 31, the Privateers make the short trip to Merchant Marine for the USMMA Memorial Invitational.  The season then concludes on the weekend of Feb. 13-15 with the Metropolitan Championships at Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ.
