WESTWOOD, MA – As a part of the historic five-year media rights agreement signed between the New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) and FloSports, a global independent sports media company and streaming platform, FloSports will become the NEWMAC's exclusive media partner beginning with the 2024-25 academic year. Under the terms of the agreement, FloSports will distribute more than 1,100 regular season and postseason NEWMAC contests live and on-demand in 2024-25, including all six Maritime College home football games (as well as all conference road contests).
Fans with a valid .edu email address from a NEWMAC institution (including Maritime as an associate member in football) will be able to sign up for FloSports at a discounted rate of $9.99 per month or $71.88 per year ($5.99/month). A standard FloSports subscription costs $29.99 a month or $150 a year ($12.50/month). NEWMAC fans without a school email will also be able to take advantage of a discounted rate by signing up through the
NEWMAC Landing Page on FloSports by Oct. 1, 2024.
Please note, the discounted rate is only available via the NEWMAC Landing Page. It will not apply to subscribers who register through the FloSports main page or another method.
On Oct. 1, 2024, FloSports will launch FloCollege, a new streaming destination that will feature nearly 12,000 Division I, II and III live events this season. Subscription plans are available for $19.99 a month or $107.88 a year ($8.99/month), but the same NEWMAC .edu discount rates will apply. NEWMAC subscribers will have access to all other FloCollege content, as well.
FloSports is available via the web and mobile app, as well as on most major streaming platforms, including Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Android TV. The first NEWMAC football game on FloSports will be the Privateers' annual Chowder Bowl matchup against Mass Maritime at Reinhart Field on Friday night, Sept. 6.
