2026 Schedule
THROGGS NECK, NY – The 2026 Maritime College football schedule has been unveiled. Head Coach
Andrew Dresner's team will begin the 10-game slate by hosting Worcester State, one of three new opponents on the docket, on Sept. 5. Maritime opens the season with three straight non-conference matchups before playing its final seven contests against its New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) foes.
In addition to hosting Worcester State, the Privateers visit Kean and Curry during the non-conference portion of their schedule. Maritime heads to New Jersey for a meeting with the Cougars on Sept. 12 before traveling to Curry on Sept. 19. The matchup against the Colonels is part of the agreement between the NEWMAC and Conference of New England (CNE) where all NEWMAC and CNE teams play a non-conference game against other league each season. Curry went 8-3 last season and represented the CNE in the Fusion Bowl.
NEWMAC play gets underway on Sept. 26, when the Privateers welcome Salve Regina to Reinhart Field. Maritime then meets a pair of service academies back-to-back. The Privateers make the trip to Coast Guard on Oct. 3, while rival Merchant Marine comes to Fort Schuyler on Oct. 10. After a road game against Norwich on Oct. 17, Maritime welcomes WPI for its homecoming celebration on Oct. 24. The annual festivities will take place in the morning, with kickoff between the Privateers and Engineers set for 2 p.m.
Maritime has a late bye for the second straight year, as the Privateers will play just two games following their week off. The first of those contests is on Nov. 7, when Maritime concludes its road schedule at MIT. The Privateers then wrap up the season by hosting defending NEWMAC champion Springfield on Nov. 14.
Once again, all home and conference road games will be streamed exclusively on FloSports, which has a multi-year media rights agreement with the NEWMAC. FloSports is available on the FloSports website and mobile app, as well as most smart TVs. Fans can purchase monthly or annual subscriptions, and there is a special discounted rate for students.
