Â
Two's a Crowd? With his passing touchdown in the team's last game, Fischetti became just the second-ever Maritime football player to pass, rush and receive a touchdown in his career. He joins Greg Campisi, who recorded six rushing touchdowns, five passing touchdowns, and one receiving touchdown in his career to establish the elite group of Privateers.
Â
On Pace to Reach the TopWith two touchdown receptions apiece, both Ward and Modica are four shy of tying the single-season record of six receiving touchdowns in a single year. The mark was set back during the 2010 season, when Erik Heedles pulled down six touchdown receptions.
Â
Knight is also on pace to shatter the single-season sacks list with his 5.5 sacks thus far on the year. He is 2.5 sacks shy of tying
Hugh O'Brien (Westbury, N.Y./Westbury)'s single-season mark of eight during the 2013 season.
