Maritime College Athletics

Junior Katia Aaron of the Maritime women's swimming team helped Maritime to a fourth place finish at the Skyline Conference Championship Swim Meet at Purchase College on Friday and Saturday.

Aaron set three personal bests at the event, including the program record for the 1,000 freestyle with a 12:00.47, a record she set for the third time this season. She also set a personal-best time in both the 100 and 200 butterfly; in the 100 she clocked in at 1:04.04 while in the 200 fly she registered a 2:32.80.
