SUNY Maritime

2020: Started in all five games for the Privateers and finished the season with four ground balls and six caused turnovers.

2019: Appeared in 18 games and started in 16 of them during the Privateers Skyline Championship run. He recorded an assist in the team's first win of the season against Drew. His season went on to be highlighted by a strong performance in the team's semifinal win against St. Joseph's Long Island where he picked up four ground balls and caused five turnovers. He finished the season with 18 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers.

2018: Appeared in 11 games for Maritime during his sophomore season with the Privateers…made his season debut in the team’s win over Drew (2/28)…picked up one ground ball in his next appearance against Western Connecticut (3/14)…took one shot and also had a season-best two ground balls and two caused turnovers in the team’s conference victory over Mount St. Vincent (3/24)…had a ground ball in the team’s league game with St. Joseph’s (LI) (4/13)…had another caused turnover and one ground ball at Farmingdale (4/21).

2017: Saw time in 12 games for the Privateers during his first season with the Privateers…made his collegiate debut in the team’s opener against Centenary (N.J.) (2/25)…had a ground ball in back-to-back games in action against Mount St. Vincent (3/18) and Coast Guard (3/22)…scooped up a ground ball and had a caused turnover in the teams win over Purchase (3/29)…forced one more turnover in the season finale against Montclair State (4/22).

High School: Graduated from Calhoun High School in Merrick, N.Y. in 2016 … played three seasons of lacrosse for the Colts in high school … was an All-Conference selection for lacrosse as a senior … was also a team captain during his senior season … also played two seasons of football and hockey while in high school … was a part of the Nassau County High School Ice Hockey Championship team.
 
Personal: Son of Terry and Paul Grubb … has two older siblings; Paul and Pat … plans to graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering while earning his U.S. Coast Guard Engine License from Maritime.
