2018: 900# club member in the offseason lifting program.

2017: Played offensive line and was a primary backup at guard seeing action in five games on the season.

2016: 1000# Club member in the offseason lifting program. A key contributor on the offenisve line throughout the season. He made five starts and appeared in total in seven games.

2015: Played offensive line seeing action in seven games. He was named Offensive Attack Team Player of the Game against Maine Maritime.
 
Academics: Billy is in the regiment of cadets and is majoring in Mechanical Engineering with an U.S. Coast Guard Engine License. He earned Academic Dean's List for fall of 2015 and fall 2017.
 
Prior to Maritime: Attended Holy Cross High School where he played for Coach Tom Pugh and was awarded All-City. Received Academic First Honors, Principal's List and National Honor Society recognition. Active as a tutor for St. Joseph's School for the Deaf and volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital.
