At Maritime:
2016: Sophomore Season -
 
2015: Freshman Season - Billy played Tight End primarily helping the defense prepare for games each week.
 
Academics: Billy is majoring in Maritime Studies with a Deck License.
 
Prior to Maritime: Billy attended North Bay Haven Charter Academy where he played for Coach Coach Jared Hale and was Selected to the All-Bay County Football Team. He was twice named Max Preps Offensive Player of the Game his senior year and as a Sophomore was awarded the LaDainian Thomlinson Impact Player Award.  Billy also participated in Weightlifting and Basketball.  As a senior, Billy was awarded the Most Outstanding Male Athlete of the Year Award, Student-Athlete of the Year Award and Most Outstanding Student Award.  A member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and active in his communty, Billy volunteers each year at the BET Holiday Food Drive (Panama City Rescue Mission), Gymnastics Fitness Training Coach (Low Income children).
