2018: Named Team Captain... Named to First Team ALL-ECFC...  Earned a spot on All-ECAC First Team Defense... Started at linebacker in all 11 games... Led all ECFC players in tackles per game with 11.5... Led all Privateers with 109 tackles... Tied the program record in tackles in a game with 20 against USMMA (9/14) ...

2017: Started at linebacker in all 11 games registering an outstanding statistical season and Second Team All-ECFC honors. Named Defensive Player of the Game against Alfred State and Dean. Named Special Teams Player of the Game against Dean. Recognized by team mates as a season WARFACE winner.

2016: Played inside linebacker and was a key contributor on the defense. Appeared in all 11 games and won defensive player of the game with his 17-tackle performance vs. RPI.
 
Academics: Liam is in the regiment of cadets and is majoring in Marine Transportation with a U.S. Coast Guard Deck License. He earned Academic Dean's List in fall 2016, fall 2017 and spring 2018.
 
Prior to Maritime: Attended Sayville High School where he played for Coach Rob Hoss and was All-County, First Team All-Long Island, Bob Collotta award winner (most outstanding linebacker in Suffolk county), 1st team All-State, Defensive MVP of Long Island championship, Honorable Mention All-Metro, and was selected for the 2016 Empire Challenge Game. Also participated in lacrosse. He was active in the school and community as Volunteer at the fire department.
