At Maritime:

2010: Senior Season- Received Navy Level Award in off season program lifting 1465 lbs in his 4 max outs.

2009: Frank started all ten games this season at Right Guard and he was a key factor in Maritime’s Offense leading the ECFC in 7 of 11 Offensive Statistical categories and leading the nation in Sacks Allowed (1) and 3rd Down Conversion (53%). Maritime has also continued to rise in the national standing for Rushing Offense behind Frank finishing 4th in the nation with 316ypg.  Frank was recognized as an ECFC Second Team All-Conference performer and was named a Game Captain vs. Anna Maria, Offensive Player of the Week vs. Becker.  Known as the most physical offensive lineman, Frank pulled down the coveted Axe Award for most defenders knocked down during the season.  He was also voted the seasons Accountability Award by his team mates. Frank received the Maroon Level Award in off season program lifting 1355 lbs in his 4 max outs.

2008: Sophomore Season - Started at guard in all 9 games for the Privateers. Named the Offensive player of the week vs. Salve Regina and was part of the Offensive Line that was named Offensive Players of the Week vs. Mt. Ida.

2007: Appeared and started in 3 games for the Privateers as well as making Academic Dean’s List.

Frank is majoring in Marine Transportation with a USCG Deck License.

Prior to Maritime:

Frank played for Coach Tony Dematteo at Somers High School. Frank was All-League, All-Section, and a First Team North County News All-Star. He also played in the Section 1 All-Star game.

Personal:

Frank’s parents are Barbara and James Adamo.
