Vincent DiGaetano

Vincent DiGaetano who has been on staff with Coach Kendrick-Holmes since the inception of the Maritime program, has been promoted to Defensive Coordinator and will coach the Inside Linebackers.  Coach DiGaetano coordinates the recruiting efforts on Long Island and also recruits Staten Island, Delaware, and Maryland. DiGaetano spent the past two seasons as Special Teams Coordinator and Defensive Line Coach. DiGaetano came to Maritime after spending four seasons as the defensive coordinator at DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx, NY.

DiGaetano earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 1999 and a Masters of Science in Education in 2001 from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY. While an undergrad at Wagner, DiGaetano was a four-year letter winner for the Seahawks at defensive end.

A native of Island Park, NY, DiGaetano attended West Hempstead High School where he lettered in football, track and lacrosse. He currently resides in Valley Stream, NY with his wife Jennifer and daughters Madeleine and Olivia.
