Biography

At Maritime:
2013: Freshman Season – Named the ECFC Rookie of the Week on Sept. 29 after his performance against William Paterson in Week Four. Griffin appeared in 9 games for the Privateers during his freshman season, giving depth to the Privateer defensive line. He recorded 7 tackles on the season.

Academics: Griffin is majoring in International Transportation and Trade.

Prior to Maritime:
Griffin played under Coach Bill Ragans at Leon High School where he was a Team Captain, received the Coaches Lion Heart Award and the Gene Cox Hall of Fame Scholarship.

Personal:
Griffin’s parents are Marsha and Eddie Westcott.
