Biography

At Maritime:

2010: Senior Season – Eric made Academic Dean’s List for the Spring Semester.

2010: Junior Season – Eric played in 4 games for the Privateers registering 4 defenders knocked down and 1 defender knocked back.  He made Academic Dean’s List for both the Spring and Fall Semesters. Eric was assigned the leadership position of Regimental Duty Officer during Indoctrination.

2009: Sophomore Season - Eric played in five games as a backup.  Known as one of the hardest working team members, Eric was twice named the Offensive Attack Team Player of the Week (Anna Maria and Mt. Ida).

2008: Freshman Season - Named the Offensive Attack Team Player of the Week vs. Gallaudet. He also made Academic Dean’s List.

Eric is majoring in Marine Engineering and is pursuing a USCG Engine License.

Prior to Maritime:

Eric played offensive and defensive line for Coach Drew Cicoria at Blind Brook High School.

Eric’s parents are Nancy and Don Cassone.
