At Maritime:

2011: Senior Season- He received the Maroon Level Award in off season program lifting 1130 lbs in his 4 max outs.  Steve made Academic Dean’s List for the Spring Semester.  

2010: Junior Season – The 2010 Privateer Team Captain turned in a tremendous season on and off the field.  His 32 solo tackles were 3^rd highest on the team and he also registered 1.5 Tackles for Loss and 1 Sack.  His 4 interceptions were tied for team best and this stat does not include a key endzone pick late in the Kings Point game which thwarted a 2 point conversion attempt.  Steve was named Defensive Player of the Week against West Conn and received First Team All-ECFC honors on the season.  Steve was also voted by his teammates as the season’s WARFACE Respect Award winner and he served as the team representative to the ECFC Student Athlete Advisory Committee.  He received the Maroon Level Award in off season program lifting 1120 lbs in his 4 max outs.

2009: Sophomore Season – Steve quickly re-established himself as a force in the defensive backfield tallying 32 tackles (7 assisted) and dropping opponents for lost yardage 4 times for 13 yards.  He also registered 5 passes defended and 4 pass breakups.  Steve was voted Game Captain for the Homecoming game against Castleton State and garnered Defensive Player of the Week accolades that day when he intercepted a 3rd quarter pass and also recovered a fumble.  Steve pulled down ECFC All-Conference Honorable Mention for his play during 2009 and was voted the seasons Comeback Player of the Year by his team mates.

2008: Did not participate in Football.

2007: Freshman Season - Started 5 games while appearing in 9 games for the Privateers. Recorded 2 interceptions and 32.5 tackles.

Steve is majoring in Facilities Engineering and is a member of the Regiment of Cadets.

Prior to Maritime:

Steve played for Coach Greg Manos at St Josephs by the Seas and was an All-CHSFL performer.
