At Maritime:
2011: Junior Season – Pat started 9 games on the season before suffering a season ending injury against Norwich. He still ended up second on the team in tackles with 46 and added another 6 Tackles for loss, 1 Interception, 1 Pass Breakup and 1 Forced Fumble. Pat was a big contributor to the Maritime Defense having its best season ever and finishing 8th in the nation in Total Defense and 2nd in the nation in Pass Defense. Pat’s efforts were recognized with Honorable mention All-ECFC honors and he was named Defensive Player of the Game against Western Connecticut. At the end of the season, his teammates voted him with the WARFACE-Accountability Award.
2010: Sophomore Season – Pat turned in a Team Defensive MVP year for the Privateers and also earned First Team All-ECFC honors. He was named ECFC Defensive Player of the Week 3 times and team Defensive Player of the Week against Husson and Anna Maria and also WARFACE Captain against Castleton. He accumulated the second highest total tackles and Tackles for Loss for the team with 90 and 7 respectively. Pat also registered 3 Interceptions on the season returning one for a 40 yard score against Anna Maria.
2009: Freshman Season- Pat made an immediate impact on the Privateers linebacker corps breaking the starting lineup in the season opening Chowder Bowl and starting every game after that. He ended up being the third leading tackler with 39 tackles (6 assists). He also added 3 tackles for loss totaling 32 yards and recorded 3 pass break ups and 3 passes defended. Pat was voted the seasons Rookie of the Year by his team mates.
Academics: Pat is majoring in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Regiment of Cadets. He has made Dean’s List in 4 semesters (fall 2009, spring 2010, fall 2011 and spring 2012).
Prior to Maritime:
Pat played for Coach Rob Perpall at Seaford High School where he was named All-County in his senior season and played in the Outback All Star Bowl game. He also garnered All-County Honorable Mention as a Junior.
