At Maritime:

2011: Senior Season - Jonathan attained the Iron Privateer Level Award in the off season program lifting 1415 lbs in his 4 max outs.

2010: Junior Season- Jonathan’s impact was felt as he moved into a starting role for the Privateer defense.  He finished the season as the team’s 3^rd leading tackler with 53 and also registered 1.5 Tackles for Loss, 1 Sack, one Interception and 2 Forced Fumbles.  He received the team Defensive Most Improved Award for the season.    Jonathan attained Maroon Level Award in off season program lifting 1280 lbs in his 4 max outs and made the spring Academic Dean’s List.

2009: Sophomore Season- Jonathan had a total of 2 tackles (one assisted) in an injury plagued season.  He was named Defensive Scout of the Week three times (Anna Maria, Becker and Gallaudet). He was voted the season’s Most Valuable Defensive Scout by his team mates.

Jonathan is majoring in International Transportation and Trade.

Prior to Maritime:

Jonathan played for Coach Balkan as a team captain at New Utrecht High School where he received All Forty Four, All Brooklyn, and Team MVP.  He used his freshman year of eligibility at Buffalo State University before transferring to Maritime College.
