Biography

2020: In his first season with the Privateers Orton started in four out of the five games played. He scored a goal in each of the two opening game wins against Marywood and Drew. Added an assist in the team's 19-10 win over Oneonta on March 4.

Prior to Maritime: Four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at Cape Henlopen, where he earned First-Team All-State as a midfielder and named All-American in 2015. Orton also played on the varsity basketball team at Cape Henlopen.

Son of Rob and Dana Orton, older brother Connor, and niece Kendal Raelyn. Orton is majoring in Marine Transportation while also planning to obtain his U.S. Coast Guard Deck License.
