        THROGGS NECK, N.Y. (March 31, 2012) – The Maritime men's lacrosse team will travel not too far down the Jersey Turnpike on Saturday to take on the Kean University Cougars in a Skyline Conference showdown. Game time is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Kean's Alumni Field.

        Over the past seven seasons, the Privateers have held the slight edge in the series, 4-3. Last year, Maritime won at Reinhart Field by the score of 7-6. Senior Alex Korb broke a tie with the game-winning goal with 1:10 to play in the fourth quarter. Classmate Jesse deBoer (Ridge, N.Y./McGann Mercy) led the Privateers with three points (one goal and two assists).
