Mark Conlon

Mark Conlon joined the Maritime Football coaching staff in 2012, and recently completed his third season with the team in 2014.

Conlon served as the Offensive Line Coach for the 2012 season, and added Offensive Coordinator to his tasks for the 2013 campaign. His line paved the way for the ECFC’s 3rd best rushing offense and the Privateers first ever 1000+ yard passing season. Conlon had 2 players make All Conference with Andrew Cosby being name to the first team offense and Casey Boos making the Academic team.

No stranger to the Maritime Industry, Conlon came to Maritime College from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York, where he coached the Offensive line, Running Backs and Defensive line for 10 seasons. Most recently he was the Offensive Line coach when the transitioned to the triple option scheme that the Privateers also employ.

Conlon is a longtime New York City native and has coached at the high school and college level for nearly two decades. Several of his stops included Lincoln High School (Offensive Coordinator), Cardinal Hayes High School (Offensive Coordinator) and at Kean University as the offensive line coach.

Conlon and his wife, Thais, reside in Pelham Manor with their son, Christopher.
