Maritime junior swimmer Katia Aaron was named Skyline Conference Swimmer of the Week.

Aaron broke her own school record in the 1,000 yard freestyle as she registered a first place time of 12:18.33, breaking her previous school mark by seven seconds against Lehman on Thursday. She also picked up a second place finish in the 100 butterfly in the team's win over Lehman. Earlier in the week she took second place in both the 200 and 500 freestyles in non-conference competition against William Paterson.
