Maritime College Athletics

Junior skipper Riley Kernan led the Maritime offshore sailing team to a third place finish at the McMillan Cup, hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy this past weekend.

Kernan along with crewmates; David Yonks, Alex Haim, Christian Perez, Jack Ryder, Gregory Ferguson, Peter Mosconi, and Jeffery Ellington finished the weekend with just 11 points, and were two point behind second place Coast Guard.

The Privateers finished ahead of Mass. Maritime, Maine Maritime, Merchant Marine, Army-West Point, Roger Williams, Rhode Island, and Queen's (Ontario) at the event.
