Earning the distinction of Male Athlete of the Year was Cameron Coneys of the Cross Country team.

A four-time All-Conference runner for the team, Coneys was also a one-time Most Outstanding Runner as the league's top athlete as a freshman. He holds six of the top nine race times in 8K races in program history as well, and has six individual victories in his four seasons on the team.
