Senior Paul Woodburn of the Maritime Baseball team helped the squad to a 4-1 record last week, with a perfect 4-0 record in Skyline Conference games.

For the week, Woodburn went 9-for-14 in his at bats with seven of those hits coming for extra bases. He also scored five runs and drove in six as he stole a pair of bases in Maritime's five-game week.
 
Woodburn currently leads the team with a .438 batting average as he has 21 hits in his 48 at bats. He is tied for the team lead with three home runs and also has 13 RBIs to his credit. His slugging percent is well in first place on the team with a .813 as he has recorded seven doubles and one triple in addition to his three round-trippers.
 
In his nine appearances in conference games, Woodburn is hitting .515 and has 12 of his 13 RBIs on the season coming in league contests. His slugging percentage in 33 at bats is also a 1.000, while he also leads the team in on-base percentage in conference games with a .568.
