Freshman Nathanael Marino of the Maritime Men's Swimming Team set a pair of program records this past weekend at the Metropolitan Swimming Championships in Piscataway, New Jersey.

First, Marino set the program record for the 200 Individual Medley on Friday afternoon with a time of 2:01.71, breaking the mark that was set nearly 25 years ago.

After his record-setting Friday, Marino followed that up with another program-best mark on Saturday during the 100 Breaststroke Preliminaries with a 1:00.72, which also broke a record from the early-1990s.
