Rainard was named Skyline Conference Cross Country Male Rookie of the Week after his performance at the Mount Saint Mary Invitational in Newburgh, N.Y. on Saturday, Oct. 4. The Wheaton, Md., native finished in 11th place in the men’s 8K with a time of 30:24, which led all Maritime runners. He helped the Privateers to a sixth place finish in the 19-team field.
