Rebecca Brow returns to the Maritime Swimming & Diving coaching staff for her second season in 2016-17.
In her first season with the team, she helped lead the men's team to their ninth consecutive Skyline Conference Championship as the team also accumulated a perfect 10-0 record. The women's team also had its most successful season in program history as the team recorded five victories, including three against Skyline opponents.
At the conclusion of the 2015-16 season, the Privateers had 20 Skyline All-Conference Selections with the men earning 19 of those 20 honors.

Brow comes to Maritime with an abundance of swimming experience as she has been an active swimmer for the majority of her live from 1990 to 2012. The New Jersey native has experience with the Brick Beach Ocean Rescue from 2003-09. She swam competitively at Brick Township High School with the Dragons.

Brow is a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay, Mass., where she earned her degree in Marine Transportation. In addition to her degree from the Academy, Brown also obtained her U.S. Coast Guard Second Mate License.

After graduating from Mass. Maritime, Brow worked as a Third Mate with the Military Sealift Command, where she worked in the Mediterranean, Red Sea, Persian Gulf and Atlantic Beach from 2011-14. After her time at Military Sealift Command, Brown joined Kirby Offshore Marine as a Second Mate where she worked beginning in 2014.
