High School: Graduated from Glenn-Elwood High School in East Northport, N.Y. in 2014 … was a three-year member of the Knights swimming team … was also a member of the cross country and track teams for four seasons each … was selected as MVP of the track team in 2014 … was a team captain for both cross country and track in high school … set the school record for the four-mile relay in the spring of 2014 track season … also swam for the Team Suffolk Swim Club.
Personal: Son of Susan and Arnie Katz … has one younger sister, Rebecca … is planning to earn his degree in Mechanical Engineering while at Maritime with a U.S. Coast Guard Engine License … is a part of the Maritime Water Polo Club and the Regimental Band.
