High School: Graduated from Bellmore JFK High School in 2014 … ran cross country for the Cougars as both a junior and a senior … also ran both indoor and outdoor track as a senior … was named captain of the indoor track team his senior season … had a career-best 5K time of 18:42 while running for the cross country team … also ran the 600, 800, 1000, and 1600 meters for the track team and also competed in the intermediate hurdles.
