Biography

2020: Started in six out of seven games for the Privateers and tallied five hits, four runs scored, and three RBIs. He finished the year with a .250 batting average and .348 on-base-percentage. Additionally he finished with a .964 fielding percentage at the catcher position and caught three runners stealing.

2019: Following an early season injury to the Privateers starting catcher, Rockhill stepped up in his rookie season and delivered in a big way from the catcher position as he earned First-Team All-Conference honors at the end of the season. In 29 games started, he tallied 25 hits for a .294 batting average, as well as a .376 slugging percentage and .358 on-base-percentage. Behind the plate he finished the year with a .980 fielding percentage and caught eight baserunners stealing. His season was highlighted by a two-run, game-tying home run in the bottom of the ninth against Mount Saint Vincent and a solo home run in the team's playoff win against St. Joseph's LI.
