2016: Appeared in eight games on the hill for the Privateers during his sophomore season … started four games and came on in relief in four contests … tossed 17 2/3 innings and struck out 18 batters … made his season debut in a three-inning start against City College of New York and struck out two batters (2/27) … stared against Westminster (Pa.) and struck out a season-high six batters on 80 pitches (3/11) … tossed an inning of relief and struck out a pair of batters against Staten Island (3/20) … threw three innings of relief against John Jay (3/24) … struck out two batters over one inning of work against St. Joseph’s (LI) (4/10) … pitched a season-high five innings and struck out four batters over 90 pitches against New York University (4/13) … finished the year throwing 1 1/3 innings against Merchant Marine (4/20).
