2017: Saw time in one game for the Privateers on the mound during his junior season…tossed 1/3 of an inning and recorded a strikeout during the team’s second win of the day over Yeshiva (5/1).

High School: Graduated from Christian Brother Academy in Lincroft, New Jersey in 2014 … was a member of the Colt varsity sailing team for four seasons … was named team captain and Most Valuable Player for the team as a senior.
 
Personal: Son of Susan and Bob Maes … has two younger siblings; Robert and Sarah … is planning to earn his degree in Marine Transportation while obtaining his U.S. Coast Guard License at Maritime.
